    55 minute session tailored specifically for YOU on a variety of apparatus which may include the reformer, wunda chair, ped-o-pull, springboard, and tower.

  • Duet Sessions

    55 minute session perfect for mom & me, couples, besties, or any other pairing. The session will be tailored to the bodies and needs of both people.

  • Outdoor Mat Pilates Class

    This small class (up to 8 students) will resume in April 2025 weather permitting.
